Project Coordination Client Communication Stakeholder Management Communication Skills

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in software services to manage project coordination, client communication, task tracking, and internal team collaboration. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure smooth execution of multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for project execution.
• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.
• Assist project managers in planning and resource coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Ensure timely communication between development, QA, design, and business teams.
• Identify project risks or delays and escalate when required.
• Support client onboarding, requirement gathering, and coordination activities.
• Monitor project workflows and ensure deadlines are met.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination within software services or IT services.
