Job summary

Digital ROI, a Pune-based performance marketing agency, seeks a Campaign Operations Associate to join our paid media team. You will set up, monitor, and report on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for clients, working with account managers to optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR and CPL.

You’ll perform keyword research, audience targeting, A/B tests, and ensure proper conversion tracking and timely performance reports.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months hands-on work in Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong grasp of metrics: CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS.
• Good command of Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables).
• Clear communication in reports, updates and team discussions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL.
• Run keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B tests on ads.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking with Google Ads & Meta Pixel.
• Assist in media planning and prepare regular performance reports.

• Good command of Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas, filters, and basic pivot tables.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain campaign performance simply in reports, updates, and team discussions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Good to have:

• Agency or multi-client experience.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
