Job summary

Digital ROI, a Pune-based performance marketing agency, is hiring for a role focused on setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Google and Meta campaigns for client accounts. The ideal candidate has 6–12 months of hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager and can communicate performance effectively in reports.

You will learn to run accounts end to end, alongside account managers. Experience with key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel are

• 6 to 12 months of hands-on work in Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager (internships count).
• Strong grasp of metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Good command of Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas, filters, and basic pivot tables.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain campaign performance simply in reports and discussions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and report on Google and Meta campaigns for Digital ROI clients.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPL.
• Run keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B tests on ad copy and creatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and share insights with the Account Manager.
• Assist in media planning, including channel selection, budget allocation, and campaign scheduling.
