Job summary

GoGreater Branding & Marketing in Kolkata (Work from Office) is seeking a motivated Performance Marketing Intern to learn paid advertising, analytics and campaign optimization in a fast-paced agency. You will gain hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and landing page testing while building a foundation in ROAS-driven marketing.

Ideal candidates are curious, detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and eager to take ownership.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, experiment and take ownership.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword, competitor and audience research.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Assist in optimizing campaigns to improve leads, conversions and ROAS.
• Support the team in creating ad copies and campaign structures.
• Help with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and conversion tracking setup.
• Assist in creating and testing landing pages.
• Learn and support Google Shopping campaigns and Performance Max campaigns.
• Assist with Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) campaigns and chatbot flow setup.
