Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a Servo Engineer to join our newly formed technical and sales department. This hybrid role combines after-sales technical support with direct sales engagement, requiring you to leverage your servo motor expertise to troubleshoot issues while actively supporting the sales team in client relationships and product demonstrations.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with servo motors, drives, or linear motion products • Strong knowledge of wiring standards, parameter setting, and system configuration • Understanding of communication protocols including EtherCAT and pulse-based control systems • Proficiency in basic programming concepts related to motion control systems • Demonstrated technical problem-solving ability and analytical mindset • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

GOOD TO HAVE • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering • Experience with other industrial automation protocols (Modbus, CANopen) • Familiarity with PLC programming or motion control software • Prior experience in a hybrid technical and sales role • Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and automation requirements
