Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates, maintaining a talent pipeline, and coordinating interviews, among other duties. We seek someone with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of recruitment trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in domestic IT recruiting.

• Developing and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet client needs.
• Working with hiring managers to understand requirements, develop job descriptions, and define criteria.
• Assessing candidates’ IT skills and ensuring they meet client standards.
• Co‑ordinating interviews between employers and potential candidates.
• Communicating the company’s compensation structure and assisting negotiations.
• Staying informed on recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.
