Job summary

BIMEX Engineers is seeking an enthusiastic MEP BIM Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in MEP services who is proficient in Revit software. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced BIM team, supporting the development and delivery of a range of projects.

This role requires developing MEP models, coordinating with design teams, creating families and templates, and producing drawings and schedules in a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of MEP BIM modeling experience using Revit.
• Familiarity with BIM processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop MEP models using Autodesk Revit.
• Collaborate with Design/BIM team to meet project requirements.
• Create and maintain families, templates and libraries.
• Generate drawings, schedules, and project documents.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architecture, interior, structure, and façade in BIM.
• Resolve design issues and clashes and stay updated with industry standards.

Responsibility:

• Develop MEP models using Autodesk Revit software
• Work Independently or in collaboration with the Design or BIM team to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Create and maintain families, templates and libraries as per project requirements.
• Generate drawings, schedules, and other project documents as required.
• Attend meetings with clients and other project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, Interior, structure, Facade) in the BIM environment.
• Resolve design issues and clashes as they arise
• Keep up to date with industry developments and standards

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling using Revit
• Familiarity with the BIM process and workflows
• Proficiency in Revit software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software
