Job summary

Bimlancer is seeking a BIM MEP Modeler to develop accurate 3D MEP models using Revit and support coordination with architectural and structural teams. You will create HVAC, electrical, and plumbing models, prepare shop drawings, and update models per design changes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Understanding of BIM modeling and coordination concepts.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
