The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Revit MEP and a good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP) systems, with an on-site work setting in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare and update BIM models based on engineering drawings and project requirements.
• Create MEP layouts, shop drawings, and detailed documentation.
• Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural models.
• Identify and assist in resolving clashes and coordination issues.
• Work with senior BIM Engineers/Coordinators to ensure model accuracy and quality.
• Follow BIM standards, project protocols, and modeling guidelines.
• Make necessary model revisions based on design changes and coordination comments.
• Support the preparation of BIM deliverables and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams as required.

Required Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Basic understanding of MEP systems and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM modeling and coordination workflows.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
• Basic knowledge of Navisworks is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines.

Education

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Candidates with relevant technical MEP BIM experience will be considered.

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, or international BIM projects is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience specifically in Mechanical or Electrical BIM modeling are preferred.

Primary: Revit MEP + hands-on BIM Modeling

Secondary: Navisworks + MEP coordination knowledge
