Job summary

Mobis India in Chennai invites a Sales Export professional to achieve monthly export sales targets, manage end-to-end export order processing, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Candidates should be a graduate in engineering (MBA preferred) and have 1–3 years in Export Operations or related fields, with strong documentation, data analysis, and cross-functional

• 1–3 years in Export Operations, International Trade, Supply Chain or Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly export sales targets across assigned regions (APAC, LATAM, MEA, etc.).
• Manage end-to-end export order processing and order management activities.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of export transactions.
• Prepare, review, and maintain export documentation in accordance with international trade requirements.
• Collaborate with distributors, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents for timely shipment execution.
• Analyze export sales data, market trends, and business performance to derive strategic insights.
• Monitor shipment schedules, logistics activities, and customer commitments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain strong relationships with overseas customers and business partners.
