Job summary

Spot In Job Consultancy is seeking a tendering specialist to identify and bid on government and private tenders. You will review technical specs, prepare bids, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage documents such as EMD and bank guarantees.

The role requires experience in tendering within manufacturing or engineering, strong MS Excel and costing skills, and the ability to handle multiple tenders with strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; technical qualifications preferred.
• Experience in tendering, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, CNC machinery, or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of GeM, e-tendering portals, and government procurement procedures.
• Good MS Excel, documentation, costing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines.
