Tanisha Systems Inc. invites experienced Java Production Support professionals to join our Bangalore team.

The role focuses on advanced Java/J2EE applications, REST APIs, and enterprise frameworks, delivering L2/L3 production support with strong incident handling and problem resolution. You will work across Tomcat, WebSphere/WebLogic, and databases like Oracle/DB2, leveraging AWS cloud services and CI/CD tools to maintain high availability.

Formación

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in production support and application development.
• Advanced Java/J2EE with REST API, servlet, JSP, Hibernate and Spring.
• AWS Cloud experience (EC2/Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, S3, RDS, DynamoDB/MongoDB) in production support.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver L3/L2+ production support for Java-based applications.
• Work with Tomcat, WebSphere, and WebLogic servers in multi-tier environments.
• Manage incidents, changes and problem resolution using standard processes.

Java Production Support

Location: Bangalore

Production Support Specialist :

We are seeking experienced Java Production support associates having advanced Java/j2ee experience (Rest api, servlet, JavaScript/html, jsp, jdbc, struts, Hibernate, Spring)

Key Responsibilities

• Exp: 7-10years hands on application development, L3 and/or L2+ who is ready to pick up L3 part.
• Having Advanced Java/j2ee experience (Rest api, servlet, JavaScript/html, jsp, jdbc, struts, Hibernate, Spring)
• Mid- to- Advanced experience in AWS Cloud (EC2/Lambda, Amazon CloudWatch, IAM, S3, RDS & DynamoDB/MongoDB) in to Support function.
• Good exposure using AI models in support function.
• Advanced level experience to work with multi server/Tier: Tomcat, Jbosss, WebSphere and Weblogic servers.
• Advanced hands-on experience in Database (DB2, Oracle and Sybase.. etc)
• Mid- to- Advanced Unix and scripting (shell/perl.. etc)
• Good hands-on in understanding and making changes in shell/perl scripts
• Having good experience in job scheduler monitoring tools (Autosys, procmon, crontab.. etc)
• Advanced hands-on experience IDEs like Eclipse, NetBeans.
• Mid to Advanced experience on using Git, Jenkins and other repo/deployable.
• Having mid to advanced experience in Support model (L2+/L3)
• Good exposure to production tooling (ticking/monitoring) like Jira, ServiceNow and processes (familiar with Incident/problem) and change mgnt
• Good experience in making the code (Java, Unix, DB) changes in production and able to run

Certifications: AWS certifications (preferred)
