Qualifications

Exp Required: 8-10 Years (Senior Consultant) / 10+ Years (Lead Consultant) Location: Hyderabad Only Work Mode: Hybrid

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor, support, and maintain AWS-based production environments.
Investigate and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
Work on incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Handle deployments, service requests, and environment support activities.
Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to ensure application stability.
Perform log analysis, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
Ensure high availability and reliability of production systems.
