Job summary

V2 Solutions in Hyderabad seeks an L2 Production Support specialist to ensure uptime for enterprise Java applications by monitoring health and logs, and boosting performance.

You will troubleshoot, analyze incidents, and coordinate with L1/L3 teams while supporting deployments and maintaining SOPs in alignment with ITIL processes. Strong batch job and scheduling experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or computer science.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for enterprise Java applications, focusing on health, logs, and performance to meet uptime and SLA goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, batch job, and system issues across environments.
• Perform log analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
• Support JAVA-based applications/scripts, including debugging and minor enhancements.
• Monitor batch jobs, scheduling (AutoSys/cron), and job failures; coordinate with L1/L3 teams and infra.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management per ITIL processes.
• Assist deployments, releases, and environment validation; maintain SOPs and knowledge base.
