Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced PMO/Project Manager to lead governance, budgeting, and resource management for global initiatives. The role involves developing PMO processes, templates, and training teams to drive continuous improvement.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree, have PMO experience including change projects, and possess strong planning, financial tracking, stakeholder communication, and Power BI skills, plus JLPT N2 or higher.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 815 years of PMO/project management experience, including change/transformation projects.
• Experience in global projects with multi-region teams.
• Experience with Japanese companies (preferably in financial services).
• Strong skills in program planning, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and Power BI.
• Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or higher).
• PMP certification is a plus.
