Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a PMO/Project Management professional in India to lead project governance, budget tracking, and resource management across multi-region teams. The role involves developing PMO processes, templates, and tools, plus training teams to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with extensive PMO experience, including transformation projects, and strong MS Office and Power BI skills. JLPT N2+ is a plus, PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 815 years of PMO/project management experience, including change/transformation projects
• Experience in global projects with multi-region teams
• Experience with Japanese companies (preferably in financial services)
• Strong skills in program planning, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and Power BI
• Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or higher)
• PMP certification is a plus
