Job summary

Wissen Technology seeks a Contract and Compliance Lead to manage contracts (MOU/NDA/MSA/SOW), coordinate client onboarding, and support ISO/CMMI/SOC2 initiatives. You will oversee ODC security and profitability, collaborate with delivery teams on onboarding/offboarding, and maintain dashboards for stakeholder reporting.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and PMO coordination, with PMP preferred and a Master's degree. Bengaluru/National scope involvement is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Strong contract management skills including SOW/TO management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification preferred.

• Coordinate new client onboarding processes and support organizational compliance initiatives like ISO, CMMI, and SOC2.
• Oversee ODC management, ensuring security, audit compliance, and profitability.
• Collaborate with delivery management teams for talent onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Maintain dashboards and share reports with stakeholders.
• Support the Corporate PMO team in coordinating with HR SPOCs for background verifications and timesheet approvals.

Job Requirements :

• Preferably hold a Master's Degree in any discipline.
• Possess strong contract management skills, including SOW and TO management.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Be familiar with project management methodologies and tools.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.
