Tekskills Inc. seeks a senior PMO/Project Management professional in Kolkata, India, to establish governance for new initiatives, monitor budgets, and support resource planning across global teams.

You will drive PMO process improvements, templates, and tools while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely reporting on risks and opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI is required, with JLPT N2 or higher preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 8 to 15 years PMO/project management experience, including change/transformation projects
• Experience in global projects with multi-region teams
• Experience with Japanese companies (preferably in financial services)
• Strong skills in program planning, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and Power BI
• Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or higher)
• PMP certification is a plus
