Job summary

Snibe is seeking an experienced professional in India to support customers with IVD applications, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems and coordinating with Sales and Technical Support.

The role involves conducting correlation studies, training customers, visiting sites, and communicating findings to the sales team; candidates should have 5+ years in IVD and proven English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in clinical medicine, biotech, or pharmacy; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in IVD application area (immunology, biochemistry, or molecular).
• Able to use English as working language.
• Strong communication and hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customers’ technical problems and complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support in troubleshooting.
• Run correlation studies and validations with customers as needed.
• Conduct customer training.
• Visit clients regularly and relay feedback to sales.
• Participate in regional/national conference calls updating on issues.
• Perform other tasks as arranged by the company.

• Other task arranged by the company

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;
• Able to use English as working language;
• Good communication skills and hard working.
