Job summary

Shri Balaji Enterprises Alwar is seeking a hands-on IT Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure across office and factory premises. The role includes LAN cabling, CCTV systems, EPABX, desktops, printers and Windows OS support.

You will configure switches/routers, manage TCP/IP basics, IP cameras and NVR/DVR, and handle hardware troubleshooting with a practical, on-site approach. This position requires hands-on work and the ability to operate across office and factory

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT technician with experience in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in LAN cabling, RJ45 crimping and patch-panel/distro work.
• Experience with CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR and EPABX installations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot IT networks and devices on office/factory premises.
• Set up and troubleshoot CCTV systems including IP cameras, NVR/DVR.
• Install and troubleshoot printers, desktops and Windows OS environments.

Job description

*Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on IT Technician for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure.

The candidate should have practical experience in:

• LAN cabling, RJ45 crimping and network socket/patch-panel punching
• Installation and basic configuration of network switches, routers and access points
• CCTV installation and troubleshooting including IP Cameras, Analog Cameras, NVR and DVR
• EPABX/intercom installation and troubleshooting
• Desktop and laptop installation, repair and troubleshooting
• LaserJet and network printer installation and troubleshooting
• Windows OS installation and software/hardware support
• Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, IP addressing, DHCP and LAN troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server / Active Directory / shared folders will be preferred

Candidate should be comfortable doing physical installation, cabling and troubleshooting work at office/factory premises.
