• CAT6 cabling and RJ-45 knowledge.
• Assist with IT equipment installation and maintenance at Kolkata stores and Regional Office.
• Coordinate with IT team for issues and escalations.
• Maintain IT asset records and report technical issues.

• Installation and configuration of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems and our organization's usable software.
• Troubleshooting printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Basic WAN,LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
• Basic CAT6 cable wiring & knowledgeofRJ45 jack Kripping.
• Assisting with IT equipment installation and maintenance at Kolkata stores and the Regional Office.
• Coordinating with the IT team for technical issues and escalations.
• Maintaining records of IT assets and reporting technical issues.
