Job summary

UL Solutions External Career Site is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications across onsite and remote environments. You will handle device provisioning, imaging, deployment, upgrades, refreshes, and asset recovery to keep workstations in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications across onsite and remote environments.
• Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, imaging, deployment, upgrades, refreshes, and asset recovery.
• Support conference room and collaboration technologies, including audio/video systems, meeting room solutions, and workplace technology platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, network connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve incidents, perform repairs, and maintain technology standards.
• Support onboarding, office moves, technology rollouts, and other end-user technology initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, assets, incidents, and service requests using IT service management tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and the overall end-user experience.
