Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Chennai, India. The candidate will own the IT master program plan and lead multiple project streams across applications and cybersecurity.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years of IT experience with significant exposure to digital transformation projects. Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP and Microsoft 365 is essential, along with strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

• Own and maintain the IT master program plan across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, and digital workstreams
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, milestones, risks, assumptions, issues, and escalation processes
• Coordinate multiple parallel projects and ensure critical path activities remain on track
• Lead steering committee reporting and executive project updates
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Drive RFP creation, vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, and procurement activities
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, milestones, and escalations
• Coordinate with global technology, cybersecurity, and digital teams across multiple regions

Enterprise Technology Delivery

• Lead deployment of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, ITSM platforms, endpoint management, and enterprise collaboration tools
• Manage Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and India entity onboarding across Finance, SCM, HR, and Projects modules
• Oversee HRMS, Payroll, Data Platform, BI, and Engineering Software implementation programs
• Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives including EDR, SIEM, IAM, PAM, and vulnerability management programs

Digital Transformation & AI Programs

• Coordinate rollout of AI productivity solutions including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted business tools
• Track adoption, governance, compliance, and business value realization of AI initiatives
• Support Human + AI transformation programs and digital innovation initiatives across the GCC environment

Required Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years in Project or Program Management roles
• Experience delivering IT infrastructure, enterprise application, ERP, or digital transformation projects
• GCC, Shared Services, Captive Center, or Greenfield setup experience preferred
• EPC, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Industrial sector exposure is highly desirable
