Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple IT teams including Helpdesk, Field Engineers, and Infrastructure Support.
• Develop, implement and monitor rosters, shift schedules, and team workflows.
• Act as central escalation point for unresolved tickets and inter-team dependencies.
• Lead daily and weekly team operations meetings to review KPIs and escalations.
• Maintain real-time oversight of support requests ensuring timely closure and SLA adherence.
• Liaise with Plant Operations to align IT services with production needs.
• Oversee asset management, software license tracking and inventory control.
• Facilitate internal audits and maintain IT policy documentation.
• Drive regular reporting on IT operations, incident trends and resource utilization.
