Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting seeks an IT Infrastructure leader to oversee multi-site operations across manufacturing locations in Gujarat. You will manage LAN/WAN, CCTV, servers, storage, and security, aligning with IT policies and compliance while coordinating with OT teams.

The role requires 8–10 years in engineering IT infra, 5–6 years in manufacturing, MSP/vendor management, ITIL certification, and proven project delivery across sites.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduates with 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5–6 years supporting manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing IT Infrastructure, CCTV and security systems.
• Proven experience in handling multi-site infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing MSPs and third-party vendors.
• ITIL Certified is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage IT infrastructure operations across multiple plant locations, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Conduct periodic site reviews and infrastructure audits.
• Standardize IT infrastructure across all manufacturing locations.

• Execute Greenfield, Brownfield, office expansion, warehouse, and production facility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage IT infrastructure operations across multiple plant locations, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Serve as escalation point for plant IT Infra issues.
• Conduct periodic site reviews and infrastructure audits.
• Standardize IT infrastructure across all manufacturing locations.
• Ensure high availability of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, ISP links, network devices, servers, storage, and endpoint infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, standards, security baselines, and compliance requirements.
• Manage infrastructure support vendors and managed service providers.
• Lead IT Infrastructure and CCTV projects & Operations across manufacturing sites.
• Execute Greenfield, Brownfield, office expansion, warehouse, and production facility projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Work closely with OT teams to support manufacturing applications and OT network requirements.
• Support implementation of IT security controls within manufacturing environments.
• Ensure compliance with IT Asset Management policies.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Budget planning and optimization initiatives.
• Work with other technology groups to streamline effective processes and drive continuous improvement for EUS infrastructure, services, and support.
• Identify and drive areas for service improvements in conjunction with the managed service provider.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Engineering graduate with 8-10 years of relevant work experience
