Job summary

Inventyv Software Services in Ahmedabad seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to supervise network, server, and cloud infrastructure. You will manage provisioning, upgrades, and 24/7 monitoring while aligning roadmap with security, privacy, and policy standards.

Lead a team of system administrators, mentor staff, and drive proactive problem solving and performance improvements. Collaboration with DevOps and Security is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, with 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech. or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Manage server provisioning, configuration, patching, and upgrades for high availability.
• Plan and lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and scaling initiatives.
• Implement and maintain 24/7 monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning for critical systems.
• Ensure infrastructure activities comply with industry standards, data privacy laws and internal policies.
• Drive root-cause analysis and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Development, QA, Security and Product teams to align infrastructure roadmap with business needs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of system administrators, including performance reviews and task delegation.
• Foster collaboration, conduct one-on-ones, and ensure team alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate workload distribution, resolve conflicts, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure proper access control, periodic audits, and infrastructure documentation.

Skill Requirement:

• Hands-on experience in the enterprise-level networking with extensive knowledge in routing, switching, TCP/IP protocols & load-balancing.
• Hands-on Experience in Linux OS environments including configuration and tuning
• In-depth knowledge of Windows
• Hands-on experience in server management and virtualization concepts .
• Solid understanding of networking, switches, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and load balancers.
• Knowledge of data security and access control.
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage critical incidents calmly.
