We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Lead to manage and oversee all information technology operations for our Ahmedabad office. The IT Lead will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, systems, and services, providing technical support, and leading IT projects. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining a robust and secure IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, workstations, and peripherals.
• Manage and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V), and cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect data and systems from unauthorized access, malware, and other threats.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to end-users.
• Manage and maintain database systems, ensuring data integrity, availability, and performance.
• Lead IT projects from conception to completion, including system upgrades, new technology implementations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and costs are optimized.
• Develop and manage the IT budget for the Ahmedabad office, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and company policies.
• Mentor and potentially manage junior IT staff or provide guidance to other team members.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to existing IT infrastructure and services.
