Job summary

AIS Technolabs in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking an IT Support Technician to install and configure operating systems and software for new and existing employees. You will troubleshoot software, hardware, and system issues, and ensure all company devices are up to date.

You will manage IT assets, assist with onboarding and offboarding, coordinate with vendors for repairs, and apply security patches to protect company data.

Qualifications

• Experience providing day-to-day IT support to employees.
• Experience installing and configuring Windows, Linux, Unix operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issues.
