Job summary

Pagaar India is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to oversee servers, networks and software across all branches in India. You will ensure data security, backups and disaster recovery, while coordinating with vendors for hardware and software needs.

The role includes IT helpdesk support, ERP system maintenance, and proactive monitoring of network performance, with emphasis on multi-location coordination and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networks or system administration.
• Knowledge of data security practices and backup/disaster recovery.
• Experience coordinating with vendors for hardware/software needs.
• Experience managing IT helpdesk across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, systems and software across all branches
• Ensure data security, backup processes and disaster recovery measures are in place
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software and network-related requirements
• Provide IT helpdesk support and resolve technical issues raised by employees promptly
• Implement and maintain ERP, accounting and other business software systems
• Monitor network performance and proactively address connectivity or system issues
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of systems and processes
• Drive IT-related process improvements and support digital initiatives across the organisation

Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network or system administration roles
• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration and data security practices
• Experience in vendor coordination and IT helpdesk management
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multi-location IT support
• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
