You will support end users, coordinate with vendors, ensure uptime, and drive ERP adoption across departments. The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS/EC and 3+ years in ERP support or IT administration, with preferred CCTV experience and knowledge of SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/EC or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in ERP support, ERP implementation, or IT administration.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Hands-on CCTV installation and maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Odoo, ERPNext, Tally).
• Strong Windows Admin, Active Directory, hardware, networking, & cybersecurity knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP implementation, support, testing, training, and user adoption.
• Provide first-level ERP troubleshooting and user support.
• Manage IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and software.
• Administer LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security.
• Install/configure/maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, surveillance infra.
• Provide tech support for hardware, software, email, ERP, and network issues.
• Manage data backup, recovery, antivirus, endpoint security, access controls.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, SOPs, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, hardware suppliers, and service providers.

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, or Tally Prime.
  
• Strong understanding of Windows Administration, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity.
  
• Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and backup solutions.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
