Job summary

BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist in India to handle first- and second-line support for everyday IT issues. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS, manage printers and hardware, and coordinate with vendors to resolve complex problems.

You will communicate issue status clearly, keep ticketing updates, and assist users across the organization. The role requires Aadhaar-based eligibility and several years of IT experience.

Qualifications

• Must have several years of experience in IT.
• Experience in help desk and IT support environments is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for complex AV issues.
• Communicate issue status and resolutions promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date ticket records for incidents.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Office, Cisco Jabber.
• Support Apple Mac users with basic macOS knowledge.
• Install and troubleshoot printers and hardware.
• Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and hardware issues.

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a ( Backfill |On-site) "IT Support Specialist" in India.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS , Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber authorized .
• Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid work permit in Aadhaar card
• Several years of experience in the IT field
