Job summary

Taxoz India is seeking an IT Support professional to join our Ahmedabad team. You will diagnose and resolve desktop and software issues, support Windows, Microsoft 365 and network access. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong communication and a service mindset.

Onsite work with occasional vendor coordination; onboarding and offboarding support included. The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in IT support, practical Windows and networking knowledge, and familiarity with VPN/RDP/MFA.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, hardware, Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
• Familiarity with VPN, RDP, MFA and access management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and service mindset.
• Exposure to Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
• Provide first-line support for Windows, LAN/Wi‑Fi, internet, VPN, and Remote Desktop.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Assist with user accounts, permissions, passwords, MFA/2FA and access.
• Prepare devices and access during onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain IT asset, software, access, and support records.
• Assist with endpoint security, updates, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Support Teams workspaces, email signatures, SharePoint folders and other tech needs.
• Troubleshoot issues independently and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and client IT teams as required.

• Support Teams workspaces, email signatures, SharePoint folders and other business technology requirements.
• Troubleshoot employee issues independently and elevate complex issues appropriately.
• Coordinate with vendors and client IT teams when required.

What Were Looking For:
