Job summary

ThoughtFocus in Bengaluru, India, seeks an IT support specialist with 7+ years of experience to manage user onboarding/offboarding and service desk activities.

You will deploy Windows Autopilot, build Windows laptops, and provision Windows Cloud PC (VDI) while maintaining on-site IT inventory and asset records.

The role relies on strong Microsoft 365 skills, Intune, OneDrive, DNS, and DHCP to keep the Windows environment secure and productive.

Qualifications

• 7+ years supporting user onboarding and offboarding.
• Hands-on Windows Autopilot and laptop builds experience.
• Experience provisioning Windows Cloud PC (VDI).
• Experience with Windows patching and backups.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Intune, OneDrive experience.
• Experience with DNS and DHCP in Windows environments.
