Job summary

ANAROCK in Chennai, India is seeking an IT Support Engineer to oversee daily workplace IT operations and user assistance. The role covers Microsoft 365 administration, device management, and basic network troubleshooting to ensure seamless meeting room tech and connectivity.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and coordination with vendors. Strong knowledge of Windows, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and video conferencing is required for reliable IT service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support and desktop support for corporate environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and licensing.
• Familiarity with Entra ID/Active Directory, Windows OS and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day IT operations and user support.
• Onboard/offboard users and manage access control.

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day workplace IT operations, user support, devices, Microsoft 365, network, Wi‑Fi, and meeting room technology.

Key Responsibilities

• User onboarding/offboarding, account creation, access activation/deactivation.
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration & licensing, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, applications, printers and peripherals.
• Manage LAN, Wi‑Fi, Internet, VPN, DNS/DHCP and basic network troubleshooting.
• Setup and troubleshoot Video Conferencing / meeting room systems, cameras, microphones, displays, etc.
• Manage IT assets, allocation, inventory, returns and replacements.
• Handle software installation, system configuration and security updates.
• Coordinate with vendors/ISP for hardware, network and service issues.
• Maintain IT documentation and support records.
