Job summary

Dotsquares in Jaipur is seeking a skilled IT Administrator to manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, with responsibilities including endpoint management via Intune and user lifecycle control. You’ll ensure secure access, monitor resources, and troubleshoot cloud/endpoint issues on site.

The role requires hands-on administration, collaboration with IT teams, and adherence to SOC2/ISO27001 security practices, with documentation duties and ongoing security improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Hands-on with user lifecycle management and access controls.
• Knowledge of security basics: MFA, CA, RBAC, Defender.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 administration and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 environment.

• Handle user onboarding/offboarding and access management.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for cloud and endpoint issues.
