Tradepure Stock Broking in Mumbai seeks an IT support professional to manage infrastructure, trading terminals, and secure data handling. You will install and maintain laptops, desktops, workstations, and servers, providing expert hardware and software support for all departments.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT support within BFSI/fintech, with strong Windows and Linux knowledge, networking experience, and familiarity with 2FA and security controls.

• Education: Bachelors in CS/IT/related field.
• Hands-on IT support experience in BFSI/fintech or stock broking.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux desktop/server OS.
• Familiarity with trading networks and remote desktop tools.

Role & responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Hardware Management:
  • Configure, install, and maintain office laptops, desktops, trading workstations, and servers.
  • Provide technical support for all internal departments regarding hardware, software, and peripheral issues. [1]
• Trading Terminal & Network Support:
  • Ensure uninterrupted connectivity for stock trading terminals, local area networks (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi, and VPN systems.
  • Coordinate with internet service providers (ISPs) and exchange connectivity vendors (NSE/BSE) to prevent downtime during market hours.
• Data Security & Compliance:
  • Implement and manage data security measures, including Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and endpoint protection.
  • Ensure sensitive client data, financial records, and trading credentials remain secure, preventing unauthorized transfers between workstations.
  • Assist in IT-related regulatory and system audits (such as VAPT and System Audits required for stock broking firms). [1, 2]
• Vendor & Asset Coordination:
  • Collaborate with external IT vendors, hardware suppliers, and software service providers to resolve specialized technical issues.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of company IT assets, software licenses, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts). [1]
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Monitor system speeds, server performance, and network bandwidth to optimize operational costs and efficiency.
  • Log and report any anomalous activities, potential data breaches, or identity mismatches immediately to management. [1]

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), or Diploma in Hardware & Networking.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, preferably within the BFSI, fintech, or stock broking sector.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux/Ubuntu desktop and server operating systems.
  • Understanding of trading network setups, firewalls, routers, switches, and remote desktop tools.
  • Familiarity with basic stock broking compliance or system audit requirements is a strong plus. [1]

  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities under high-pressure market hours.
  • Clear communication skills to assist non-technical staff.
