Pashupati Capital in Mumbai invites an IT Support Engineer to keep the Mumbai trading office secure and running—desktops, access, devices, backups and vendor coordination.

The role covers Windows 10/11, AD/GPO, MDM deployments, backups with Acronis, monitoring with Zabbix/PRTG, and a rotational shift including MCX evening session. 4+ years experience; MCSA/CompTIA preferred. On-site role with competitive base salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT support or systems administration.
• Experience with Active Directory/GPO and Windows patching.
• Experience with endpoint security and troubleshooting.
• Willing to work rotational shifts including MCX evening session.

• Backup and monitoring with Acronis, Zabbix/PRTG alerts.
• Coordinate with SOC/VAPT, AMC and service vendors; prepare quotes.
• Send daily task summaries and maintain open-items tracker.

You troubleshoot first, close issues yourself and report daily.
