Job summary

Dexit Global is seeking an IT Supervisor to oversee day-to-day IT operations across multiple centers nationwide. The role focuses on hardware, networking and IT asset management, ensuring smooth support for desktops, servers, CCTV, UPS and related equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a tech degree and strong communication skills, plus willingness to travel as required to support examinations and new centers. This is a PAN India on-site position with collaborative vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Must be a Tech Graduate (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, networking and IT infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot hardware, network and IT asset-related issues across centers.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, servers, CCTV, UPS and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity, LAN/WAN, switches, routers and related infrastructure.
• Conduct periodic IT audits and ensure proper maintenance of IT assets.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to centers and external venues.
• Coordinate with vendors for repair, replacement and resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain IT asset records, service history and documentation.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical hardware/network issues.
• Support IT setup and infrastructure requirements for examinations and new centers.
• Travel to other locations/states as required for IT support.
