The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT infrastructure or system administration with a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain server uptime and ensure uninterrupted internet/network connectivity across all locations.
• Manage IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, routers, switches, and networking equipment.
• Monitor and maintain regular backups of critical server data to NAS backup systems; ensure data security.
• Upgrade IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and licenses as per business requirements.
• Maintain records of software licenses, AMC contracts, subscriptions, and renewals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, networking, email, and other IT systems.
• Lead and supervise the IT support team; coordinate with vendors and AMC partners.

Job Profile Senior IT Executive / IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT professional who can manage day-to-day IT operations, lead the IT team, and ensure uninterrupted IT infrastructure support across Head Office, Service Centers, and Sales Offices. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge along with leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain server uptime and ensure uninterrupted internet/network connectivity across all locations.
2. Manage and maintain all IT physical assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, routers, switches, and networking equipment.
3. Monitor and maintain regular backup of all critical server data to NAS backup systems and ensure data security.
4. Upgrade IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and licenses as per business requirements.
5. Maintain proper records of software licenses, AMC contracts, subscriptions, and upcoming renewals.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, networking, email, and other IT systems.
7. Suggest and implement necessary IT upgrades for Head Office, Service Centers, and Sales Offices to ensure business continuity and operational uptime.
8. Lead and supervise the IT support team, assign tasks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
9. Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and AMC partners for support and procurement.
10. Establish IT policies, security standards, and best practices to safeguard company data and systems.
11. Handle escalated technical issues and provide root cause analysis with preventive solutions.
12. Prepare MIS reports related to IT assets, incidents, downtime, and infrastructure performance.
