Job summary

Medibuddy in Bengaluru is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional with 1–3 years of experience to provide end-user support and manage stable LAN/WAN networks.

The role involves hands-on troubleshooting of software and hardware issues, strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP and SSO environments, and good command of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, VLANs, switches, routers, and wireless LAN setups.

Fluency in English and Hindi is important, and a BE/BTech is preferred to join a dynamic healthcare tech team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT helpdesk/support.
• Hands-on experience resolving software and hardware issues.
• Experience troubleshooting network issues (Switches/Firewalls/AP).
• Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP and SSO environments.

• 1 - 3 Years of experience in IT Helpdesk/IT support.
• Excellent knowledge of End user support and LAN and WAN management.
• Should have hands-on experience in resolving software and Hardware issues.
• Should have hands-on experience on Network issues.
• Experience in troubleshooting networking issues (Switches/Firewalls/AP)
• Should have knowledge in AD, DNS, DHCP and SSO environments.
• Knowledge of OSI Layer, IPv4, IPv6, Knowledge of Switches, Routers, Firewalls, LAN (Switching) ,WAN (GRE) , TCP/ IP Suite & UDP, SSL, Security.
• Knowledge of network routing & routed protocols like TCP/IP basic Knowledge in IDS/IPS, VPN, IPSEC, Load Balancer, Routing, Switching, GLBP, HSRP, BGP,CDP, STP, VTP,NAT, PAT, ISL, VLAN, WiFi, PBR, IP Phones.
• Must have knowledge of wireless controller & Wi-Fi LAN setup
• Ensure maximum uptime for Network - LAN/Wi-Fi/WAN
• Monitoring and optimizing network load, latencies and challenges
• Good communication (English and Hindi)
