Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer requirements, preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring smooth communication with clients throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, Procurement, and Operations teams for customer requirements.


• Understand customer requirements related to IT products, services, networking, hardware, and IT infrastructure.


• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.


• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and payments.


• Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline, enquiry records, and customer database.


• Coordinate with technical teams for site visits, surveys, solution proposals, and project requirements.


• Track the status of enquiries, quotations, orders, and ongoing projects.


• Assist the sales team in preparing RFP/RFQ responses and tender documents.


• Coordinate with vendors for product pricing, availability, specifications, and delivery timelines.


• Maintain proper documentation of customer communications and sales activities.


• Schedule customer meetings and coordinate appointments for the sales team.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.


• Support the sales team in achieving business targets and maintaining customer relationships.


• Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams for billing, purchase orders, and service-related requirements.
