Job summary

Infoplus Technologies UK Ltd is hiring an IT Recruiter to join our UK/US/EU recruitment team. Working hours are evenings IST, Monday to Friday, with on-site location in Kandanchavadi OMR, Chennai. The role involves sourcing, screening and end-to-end recruitment across international markets.

The candidate should have 2–3+ years of IT recruitment experience, strong communication, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and job boards. International recruitment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min 2-3+ years of IT recruitment experience, including US, UK and Europe recruitment.
• Experience in sourcing, screening and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a proactive attitude is mandatory.
• Inputting, updating and maintaining candidate data in the recruiting database.
• Ability to assess technical skills through profile review and in-depth interviews.

• Source, screen and present candidates per client requirements.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities from screening to placement.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS and databases.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical fit and client requirements.

Working days: Mon - Fri (Five days a week)

Work timings: 01:00 PM to 09:30 PM IST / 02:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST
Job Location: Kandanchavadi OMR, Chennai

Job Description:

• Min 2-3+ Years of experience in IT Recruitement, US IT Recruitment, UK & Europe Recruitment.
• Exp in Sourcing, Screening the candidates as per client requirement doing end to end recruitment.
• Good Communication skills (written & verbal) and attitude is mandatory.
• Inputting, updating and maintaining data in the recruiting database.
• Ability to assess a candidates technical skills through profile review and in-depth interviews.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience with recruitment, sourcing, screening, hiring etc. International Recruiting Experience is a plus.
• Passion for recruitment and human resources
• Great interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Work in HR consultancy background experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Job boards.
