SRS Infoway is seeking motivated IT Recruiters / Senior IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Coimbatore. The role focuses on end-to-end IT recruitment and C2H hiring, requiring strong sourcing and screening abilities along with client coordination.

Ideal candidates will have 4 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication skills. The position is onsite with regular working hours, and a target-driven environment encourages meeting recruitment timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• Computer Science / IT educational background is preferred.
• MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Handle C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Senior IT Recruiter: supervise and guide a team of recruiters, monitor performance and distribute requirements.
