Job summary

Anlage Infotech (India) P Ltd in Pune invites an RPO Implant / Onsite Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment for onsite client projects.

You will gather requirements, coordinate interviews, screen candidates, manage offers, and ensure timely joining while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires 3–5 years of recruitment experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment / Talent Acquisition / RPO experience.
• Experience in an RPO / onsite recruitment / client-facing recruitment environment preferred.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate screening and quality assessment skills.
• Excellent coordination, follow-up and relationship management abilities.
• Understanding of recruitment TAT, ageing, pipeline management, and offer-to-join ratio.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability and execution skills.
• Energetic and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Understand and gather hiring requirements from hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact between the client, hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment team.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and quality submissions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage interview coordination, follow-ups, and timely collection of interview feedback.
• Documentation and manage offer roll-outs for selected candidates.
• Drive joining formalities and track candidates through the offer-to-joining stage.
• Maintain and improve the Offer-to-Joinee Ratio.
• Track the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement initiation to candidate joining.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within the agreed TAT/SLA.
• Identify ageing positions to ensure faster closures.
• Provide regular MI and recruitment updates to stakeholders.

Role: RPO Implant / Onsite Specialist
Job Location: Pune(Shivaji Nagar)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Work Mode: WFO(4-5 Days)

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and gather hiring requirements from hiring managers and stakeholders.
