Job summary

The Glove in Chennai is seeking an RPO Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end Non-IT/Engineering recruitment and client handling. This is a fulltime role with work from office in Chennai.

You will manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and hire across engineering, manufacturing, automotive, supply chain and other Non-IT functions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in end-to-end Non-IT/Engineering recruitment.
• Experience in client handling and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to source, screen, interview coordination and drive closures.
• Recruit across Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Supply Chain and other Non-IT functions.
