Adecco India is hiring an IT Recruiter on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) for Noida Sec 62. Laptop mandatory, experience 0-3 yrs.

You will own end-to-end IT recruitment, source and screen candidates, conduct telephonic interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and keep trackers up to date to meet tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, especially for C2H roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in maintaining recruitment trackers and reports.
