Exponentia.ai Private Limited is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for its Mumbai operations in Vikhroli. The role focuses on consultancy/staffing recruitment with end-to-end lifecycle management for technology roles.

Immediate joining is preferred, with a contractual 6-month term and on-site work from the Mumbai office. The candidate should have 3–5 years of IT recruitment experience, a background in consultancy staffing, and strong stakeholder management skills to drive talent acquisition

Qualifications

• Experience in consultancy/staffing firms is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of technology hiring across Data, Cloud, AI/ML, software development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen, shortlist and assess candidates against requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive experience.
• Manage multiple requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Build relationships with candidates and recruitment partners.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment trackers.
