Wintech Services is seeking an IT recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to manage permanent and contract-to-hire hiring. The role focuses on proactive sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Monster, leveraging Boolean and X-ray search techniques to identify top IT talent.

Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential to coordinate with clients and hiring managers. You will handle multiple concurrent requirements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality candidate slates.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in Permanent and C2H hiring.
• Hands-on sourcing from Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and other portals.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search, X-ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Good understanding of various IT technologies and technical roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
• Experience working with clients, hiring managers, and vendors is an added advantage.
