Qualifications

• Proven work experience in recruitment, ideally as a Technical IT Recruiter.
• Hands-on experience in both C2H and Permanent Hiring.
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, FoundIt, Shine.
• Technical ability to understand and explain IT job requirements.
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
