Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment professional with 6+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end IT hiring, preferably supporting Banking and Financial Services clientele. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently manage an RPO engagement with senior business and HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to offer management and closure.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract quality IT talent across various technical skill sets.
• Partner closely with MD, VP-HR, Business Heads, and other senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver against recruitment objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
• Independently manage day-to-day RPO engagement activities with minimal supervision or direction.
• Build strong relationships with business leadership and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Ensure timely closure of critical and niche IT positions while maintaining quality of hires.

• Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and talent market insights to senior stakeholders.
